Join us for a powerful morning of health, fitness, and community at the 20th Annual Community Health Day & 5K Run/Walk. Hosted by 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, this event features:

This family-friendly event brings together residents, health professionals, and advocates to promote wellness and health equity in our community. Whether you’re participating in the 5K, engaging in wellness activities, or enjoying live music and food—there’s something here for everyone.

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Check-in and warm-up activities at the RAC; vendor set-up at IKEA

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
5K Walk/Run begins – a scenic course for all fitness levels

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Awards and recognitions for race participants, step challenge winners, and team performances

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Community Health Fair including:-
Free health screenings (PSA, blood pressure, diabetes, sickle cell)

Wellness panels and workshops led by health experts

Family games and non-runner fitness activities

Vendor booths with health-focused products and services

Live music and food from local vendors
