This family-friendly event brings together residents, health professionals, and advocates to promote wellness and health equity in our community. Whether you’re participating in the run/walk, engaging in wellness activities, or enjoying live music and food—there’s something here for everyone.

- Free health screenings - PSA through Siteman Cancer Center
- Blood Pressure Screenings / Immunizations / flu & covid shots through Walgreens
- Wellness talks led by health experts
- Slide / Step class for non race participants
- Vendor booths with health-focused products and services
- Live music and food from local vendors
